Ashley Lay Real Estate is a local real estate team of 18, including eight agents, that service the Triad, with the majority of our sales in southern Winston-Salem and Northern Davidson County. We have been serving the community since 2006. In 2020, we sold 43,000,000 in volume and assisted 204 families in their real estate journey. Proud to say that by buckling down, cutting back costs and pivoting our way of doing business in 2020, we were able to keep our employees and agents not only in a job but to thrive as the business grew by 35%. Ashley Lay Real Estate is a subsidiary of Keller Williams Realty Elite in Winston-Salem, where Ashley is a co-owner.
